International Market definition

International Market or “International Markets” means any and all countries or markets (including Alaska and Hawaii) in which PLK or any Franchisee operates a Popeyes Restaurant, or in which there is a Sales Outlet, other than in the Domestic Markets.
International Market means the markets in all countries and regions outside of the PRC. For the purpose of this definition, the territories of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau shall be regarded as part of the International Market.
International Market means the internal market of any country other than the Domestic Market.
