  • Then if no understanding or agreement is reached within forty-eight (48) hours, it shall be referred to the two (2) International Representatives and they shall confer with the affected Employer for settlement.

  • Licensing representative means a person authorized by the Department under Section 5 of the Child Care Act of 1969 to examine facilities for licensure.
