In the event the parties do not wish to avail themselves of the local Building & Construction Trades Council, the parties may elect to invoke the services of their respective International Representatives with no extension of the time limitations.
The International Representatives of the disputing Union shall meet or confer and attempt to resolve said dispute.

The Committee shall have the right to call to the work location such experts and authorities, as well as International Representatives of the Union, and they shall be permitted to make such examinations, investigations and recommendations as shall be reasonably connected with the purposes of the Committee.
