International Restructuring definition

International Restructuring means the restructuring by Distributing of the International Assets to cause the CCB International Assets to be held by CCB Group, the CCE International Assets to the held by Controlled Group and the CCO International Assets to be held by the CCO Group.
International Restructuring means the series of transactions described on Annex I to the International Restructuring Side Letter resulting in the organizational structure reflected in the chart attached to such Annex I.

More Definitions of International Restructuring

International Restructuring means the reorganization of the corporate structure of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in connection with Maconomy A/S (and its subsidiaries) and any other Foreign Subsidiary of the Borrower substantially as described in Exhibit H.
