Internet Media Publication Notice definition

Internet Media Publication Notice means notice of the proposed Settlement to be provided to Settlement Class Members under Section IV.C of the Agreement. In advance of the hearing on the motion for Preliminary Approval, the Parties shall agree to the form and content of the Internet Media Publication Notice and submit the proposed Internet Media Publication Notice to the Court for approval.
