Key Individual means those individuals identified in the Proponent’s Prequalification Submission as key individuals;
Designated Individual has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.A hereof.
Resident individual means any natural person who is domiciled in this state at any time during the taxable year or who resides in this state during the taxable year for other than a temporary or transitory purpose. Covered individual means a person or entity who is a member of any of the following classes:
