All Exchange Access traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic shall continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable federal and state tariffs.
The applicable rates, terms and conditions for: (a) FX Traffic are set forth in Section 6.5.2 above; (b), Optional EAS Traffic are set forth in Section 6.6 below; (c) 8YY Traffic are set forth in Section 6.9 below; (d) FGA Traffic are set forth in Section 6.5.2 above; (e) IntraLATA Toll Traffic are set forth in Section 6.12 below; and/or (f) MCA Traffic are set forth in Section 6.7 below.
If either Party fails to pass at least ninety percent (90%) of calls that originate on its network with CPN within a monthly billing period, then either Party may require that separate trunk groups for Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic be established.
IV.6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass CPN associated with that Party’s originating switch on each call that originates on its network over the Local/IntraLATA Trunks; provided that all calls that originate on a Party’s network and are exchanged without CPN information shall be billed as either Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic based upon a percentage of local usage (PLU) factor calculated based on the amount of actual volume during the preceding three (3) months.
T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE has a separate Local Only Tandem Switch(es) in the local Exchange Area and a separate Access Tandem Switch that serves the same local Exchange Area, a two-way IntraLATA Toll Trunk Group shall be established to the AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE Access Tandem Switch.

IV.7.3 Each Party shall charge the other Party its effective applicable federal and state tariffed intraLATA FGD switched access rates for those functions a Party performs relating to the transport and termination of IntraLATA Toll Traffic.
Compensation for the transport and termination of Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic shall be pursuant to this Section 4.7. Compensation for traffic that is delivered through Transit Service shall be pursuant to Section 7.3.
Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Focal in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.
For intrastate IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ respective End Users, compensation for termination of such traffic to End Users on the Parties’ networks will be at each Party’s terminating access rates for Message Telephone Service (MTS) and originating access rates for 800 Service or 800 like toll-free incoming service, as set forth in the applicable State’s Intrastate Switched Access Tariff.
