Inverclyde Council definition

Inverclyde Council means the Inverclyde Council, constituted in terms of the Local Government Etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 and having its Headquarters at Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, Greenock, PA15 1LY as Education Authority for Inverclyde and shall include all successor authorities to the said Inverclyde Council as Education Authority responsible for Inverclyde.
