Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to bind, estop, direct, limit, or impair the future regulatory, legislative, or governmental discretion of the Knightdale Town Council in a manner not permitted by law.
Such ratification shall be deemed to satisfy any requirements for Town Council approval of any item contained herein whether or not specifically stated in such ratification.
The Town Council reserve the right to use the waiting room (or hirers of the Town Council) whilst not being used by the Concessionaire.
