InvestLine Account means (a) any InvestLine Loan Party Account and (b) any InvestLine Related Loan Party Subaccount.

Examples of InvestLine Account in a sentence

  • Except as identified in Item 6.24 (“Accounts”) of the Disclosure Schedule (as updated from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof), each Loan Party and each Subsidiary of any Loan Party has and will pay its own liabilities and expenses out of its own funds drawn on its own InvestLine Account or bank account or subaccounts.

  • No Loan Party will have any InvestLine Account or deposit, commodities or securities account or subaccount other than an Excluded Account unless the same is a Pledged Account.
