Investment Allocation Agreement definition

Investment Allocation Agreement means an agreement among the Company, the Manager and Bimini describing, among other things, the policies to be followed by the Manager and Bimini in allocating investments among the parties thereto and any other entities that may be managed by the Manager.
Investment Allocation Agreement means the Investment Allocation Agreement by and among the Company, the Manager and Colony Capital, dated as of the date hereof, to establish certain policies relating to the allocation of investment opportunities by Colony Capital, the Manager or any of their respective affiliates in assets that are substantially similar to the Target Assets of the Company.

  • No filing with, or authorization, approval, consent, license, order, registration, qualification or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency is necessary or required for the performance by the Manager of its obligations under this Agreement, the Management Agreement, the Investment Advisory Agreement or the Investment Allocation Agreement except such as have been already obtained or as may be required under the 1933 Act or the 1933 Act Regulations or state securities laws.
