Investment Certificates. . Investment Certificates means the One-Year, Two-Year, and Three-Year Term Certificates, the Liquid Account, the Employee Savings Accounts, and the Church Reserve Accounts offered hereby which entitle an Investor to the rights described herein. See "Description of Investment Certificates.”
Investment Certificates means the investment certificates issued by CCLX to the Pledgors, in the form set out in Exhibit D, as well as all certificates or instruments that may be issued in replacement of, or as an addition to, any of the foregoing.
Investment Certificates means collectively, all investment certificates issued by CCL to the Pledgors, and all other similar instruments representing the Pledgors’ Ownership Rights in CCL, as well as all certificates or instruments that may be issued in replacement of, or as an addition to, any of the foregoing.
