Investment Index definition

Investment Index means each index selected by a Participant to be used as an Earnings index pursuant to Article 6. Each Investment Index shall be a phantom investment fund, which shall be credited with Earnings (whether a gain or a loss) at the same rate as the funds provided under the 401(k) Plan, or such other similar indices as the Committee may select from time to time and shown in Appendix A attached.
Investment Index means the investment measure selected by the Company for use under the Plan, as set forth in Supplement B.
Investment Index means a portfolio or fund made available by the Administrative Committee and elected by the Participant to be used as an index in determining the adjustment to be made in the Participant's Account each month reflecting the investment performance, positive or negative, of such fund, including any such portfolio or fund included as part of a variable life insurance product.

Investment Index or "INVESTMENT INDEXES" shall mean each investment(s) specified by the Committee available to Participants as an index to measure increases or decreases in value of a Participant's Account in accordance with Section 3.2.

Each Investment Index shall be a phantom investment fund which shall be credited with the earnings (whether a gain or loss) at the same rate as the investment funds as the Compensation Committee may select from time to time.
