Investor Managers means one or more of the following persons: Ms. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and any other investment professional that (i) are Russian nationals and at any time were employed by Baring Vostok Capital Partners Group Limited or its Russian branch or (ii) at the relevant time are employed by (a) Xxxxx, (b) LLC BVCPG, (c) any Affiliate of Fermi, or (d) any person, which is Controlled by any Affiliate of Fermi;

Examples of Investor Managers in a sentence

  • If there is more than one Investor Manager, the decision of the Investor Manager shall be determined by the decision of a majority of such Investor Managers.
