• Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Investor Managers (to the extent not designated by one or more Founder Investors or their respective Affiliates and related persons) shall not have any duty or obligation to bring any “corporate opportunity” to the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

• We may, at our discretion, change the interest rate and APY for your Deposit Account at any time, including daily, and there are no limitations on the degree of such change.
