IP-20 Rail Cars definition

IP-20 Rail Cars shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.20 hereof.

  • Purchaser acknowledges that, as of the date hereof, Sellers have entered into discussions with a third party regarding a possible sale of certain Rail Cars managed pursuant to the Management Contracts commonly known as the RMI Covered Xxxxxx Railcar Management Program 79-1 Management Agreements, or "IP-20 Management Contracts" (the "IP-20 Rail Cars").

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Certified Remanufacture System or Verified Engine Upgrade means engine upgrades certified or verified by EPA or CARB to achieve a reduction in emissions.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.
