  • The Lead IP Party shall prepare (and continuously update as appropriate) a yearly budget for implementation of the overall IP strategy and the governance of the Collaboration IP (hereinafter, the IP Budget).

  • The IP Budget shall be sent to the Joint IP Committee in due time to enable the Joint IP Committee to discuss and agree on the IP Budget for the coming calendar year at a meeting that shall take place at least [***] months before the end of the previous year.
