IRIS Partner definition

IRIS Partner means an organization selected and approved by the IRIS Board of Directors, which will receive Materials and similar data from certain IRIS Members to develop new data products outside of the IRIS infrastructure for the purposes of the IRIS study defined in Attachment A, and which has entered into an appropriate agreement with Michigan. A list of current Partner organizations is provided in Attachment A of this agreement; more such organizations may be added in the future per IRIS Bylaws.

Examples of IRIS Partner in a sentence

  • The Licence Term is defined by the length of service stated in the purchase order that was submitted to either an IRIS Partner or directly to IRIS Connect, starting from the time of delivery of the hardware or creation of the “Organization” on the IRIS Connect Application, whichever, is later.

  • Upon receipt of a purchase order from either an IRIS Partner or directly, IRIS Connect will issue an invoice for the hardware and software licence.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • General Partner has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Corporate Partner means a Partner that is subject to tax under [reference to State law].

  • Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.

  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Strategic Partner means a strategic partner described in 22 USC 8601 to 8606.

  • civil partner in relation to a person, means a civil partner within the meaning of the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010, but does not include a civil partner who is living separately and apart from the person;
