ISDA Master definition

ISDA Master means the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement together with a schedule thereto to be entered into on the Closing Date between the Issuer and the Swap Counterparty together with any agreement for the time being in force amending or supplementing such agreement.
ISDA Master means the ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency — Cross Border) together with a schedule thereto to be entered into on the Closing Date between the Issuer and DZ BANK together with any agreement for the time being in force amending or supplementing such agreement;
ISDA Master means a 1992 ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency Cross-Border).

  • The Adviser may execute account documentation, agreements, contracts and other documents requested by brokers, dealers, counterparties and other persons in connection with its management of the assets of the Portfolio, provided the Adviser receives the express agreement and consent of the Manager and/or the Trust's Board of Trustees to execute futures account agreements, ISDA Master Agreements and other documents related thereto, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between any of the following documents, the relevant document first listed below shall govern: (i) a Confirmation; (ii) the Schedule; (iii) the ISDA Definitions; and (iv) the printed form of ISDA Master Agreement.

  • This Confirmation constitutes a “Confirmation” as referred to in the ISDA Master Agreement specified below.

  • In certain circumstances, the Investment Adviser may be required to pay an additional amount or receive a payment from which an amount is required to be deducted or withheld, in each case in respect of any deduction or withholding for on account of any tax, or be required to pay any stamp tax levied or imposed in respect of the execution or performance of the ISDA Master Agreement.

  • The terms of Section 13(b) of the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement shall apply to this Novation Agreement with references in such Section to “this Agreement” being deemed references to this Novation Agreement alone.

  • The parties hereby agree that the text of the body of this Agreement is intended to be the printed form of 1992 ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency--Cross Border) as published and copyrighted by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.

Related to ISDA Master

  • ISDA Master Agreement means the Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border) published by the International Swap and Derivatives Association, Inc., as in effect from time to time.

  • ISDA Definitions means the 2006 ISDA Definitions published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or any successor thereto, as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor definitional booklet for interest rate derivatives published from time to time by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or such successor thereto.

  • 2006 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the 2006 ISDA Definitions (as supplemented, amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of such Series) as published by ISDA (copies of which may be obtained from ISDA at www.isda.org);

  • 2021 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the latest version of the 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions (including each Matrix (and any successor Matrix thereto), as defined in such 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions) as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of Notes of such Series, as published by ISDA on its website (www.isda.org);

  • ISDA Fallback Rate means the rate that would apply for derivatives transactions referencing the ISDA Definitions to be effective upon the occurrence of an index cessation date with respect to the Benchmark for the applicable tenor excluding the applicable ISDA Fallback Adjustment.
