ISO Charges definition

ISO Charges means the authorized regulatory charges the ISO is permitted to indirectly charge Participants via their Scheduling Coordinator for grid operations and management, including but not limited to charges for wheeling access.
ISO Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(c) hereof.
ISO Charges means the ISO debits, credits, costs, penalties and interest that are assigned by the ISO to the ISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for or attributable to scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.

Examples of ISO Charges in a sentence

  • Details including the account number, bank name, routing number and electronic transfer instructions which, in the case of an Invoice, will be for the ISO account to which ISO Charges owed by the Covered Entity are to be paid or, in the case of a Remittance Advice, will be for the Covered Entity’s account to which the ISO shall remit Payments for ISO Charges owed to that Covered Entity (as previously provided to the ISO by such Covered Entity).

  • The ISO shall use moneys received by it from Covered Entities for an Invoice for ISO Charges to pay all amounts due to the ISO under Section IV of the Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, all amounts due to NEPOOL for Participant Expenses, and all amounts due to the ISO for acting as Project Manager for the generation information system (the “NEPOOL GIS”) before making any payments to any Covered Entities.

  • As amounts on Default Amounts are received by the ISO, the oldest outstanding ISO Charges will be settled first in the order of the creation of such debts.

  • Except during the Startup Period, and except as set forth in Section 3.19(b) and Exhibit R (with respect to Seller’s obligation to pay ISO Sanctions), SCE shall (i) be responsible for ISO Charges, and (ii) receive all ISO revenues (including credits and other payments) incurred or received as a result of providing Scheduling Coordinator services or attributable to generation from the Generating Facility, including costs and revenues associated with ISO dispatches.

  • This Statement is determined from the preliminary statements of the New England Markets, applicable the ISO Charges and/or Transmission Charges due under the Governing Documents (including amounts due under the ISO New England Financial Assurance Policy), as well as applicable adjustments.

  • If either (x) a Covered Entity is suspended from the New England Markets as a result of a payment default as described in this Section 3.7 as a result of a payment default involving ISO Charges or (y) a Covered Entity receives more than five notices of payment defaults with respect to ISO Charges in any rolling 12-month period, then such Covered Entity shall pay a $1,000 penalty for such suspension and for each notice after the fifth notice in a rolling 12-month period.

  • ISO Charges incurred after the effective date will be allocated to the Utility, consistent with Exhibit D.

Related to ISO Charges

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller of personal property or services for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of personal property or services including, but not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating and packing. Delivery charges shall not include charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Termination Charges means any compensatory charges payable by the Customer to BT on termination of this Agreement in whole or in part or a Service as set out in a Schedule or Order.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.
