Examples of ISO Contracts in a sentence
Subject to Section 2.11, the Seller agrees to sell the Purchaser, free and clear of all Encumbrances (except Permitted Encumbrances), and the Purchaser agrees to purchase from the Seller, all of the rights, title and interest of the Seller in, and assume all the Liabilities of the Seller under, each of the ISO Contracts, with effect from 11:59 p.m. on the Mirror Effective Date.
Upon such transfer, all required collateral obligations to the Relevant ISO related to the ISO Contracts will become the responsibility of Purchaser.

The Parties intend that, other than the Purchase Price, no consideration will be paid in respect of the ISO Contracts.
