In order to verify that the proposal includes Israeli Manufactured Goods, IEC shall be entitled, at any stage, to conduct an audit of the books and other documents belonging to any Bidder who was awarded the Order/Contract or part thereof due to the Preference or a Bidder who was awarded part of the transaction in accordance with Article 6 above.
