Issuance Advice Letter definition

Issuance Advice Letter means the Issuance Advice Letter filed with the CPUC pursuant to the Wildfire Financing Law and the Financing Order with respect to the Recovery Bonds.
Issuance Advice Letter means the initial Issuance Advice Letter, dated , 2005, filed with the DTE by the Seller pursuant to the Financing Order.

Issuance Advice Letter means the Issuance Advice Letter filed with the MPSC pursuant to the Securitization Law and the Financing Order with respect to the Securitized Utility Tariff Bonds.
