Issuance Order Date definition

Issuance Order Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b) hereof.
Issuance Order Date means the business day on which an Authorized Participant delivers a creation order to the administrative agent directing a Paired Issuance.

  • Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is June 25, 2033, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Initial Term Loan Maturity Date means September 24, 2014 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter.

  • Initial Maturity Date means the earlier of (i) February 1, 2020 (the "Scheduled Initial Maturity Date"), and (ii) the date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise pursuant to the Loan Documents or the exercise by Lender of any right or remedy thereunder.

  • Additional Series Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series A” or “Series B”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

  • Draw Down Pricing Period means, with respect to each Draw Down, a period of eight (8) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the first Trading Day specified in a Draw Down Notice.

  • Issuance Notice Date means any Trading Day during the Agency Period that an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).

  • Modified Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date means with respect to a Reference Obligation, the date that is the later of (x) the Scheduled Maturity Date of the Notes and (y) 60 months following the Restructuring Date in the case of a Restructured Bond or Loan, or 30 months following the Restructuring Date in the case of all other Reference Obligations.

  • Existing Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves means thirty-minute reserves as defined by the ReliabilityFirst Corporation and SERC.

  • Final Maturity Date means the date that (i) is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Scheduled Termination Date or (ii) such earlier date on which the Loans become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.01.

  • Original Maturity Date means the date on which the bond reaches the end of the term for which it was initially offered and, unless further extended, ceases to earn interest.

  • Activation Date means the date on which the Service and User Account (hereinafter defined) are activated for the Customer by TM as more particularly described in Clause 3.2 hereunder.

  • Second Extended Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Assumed Final Maturity Date As to each Class of Certificates, the date set forth as such in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Mandatory Tender Date means any date on which a Multi-Modal Bond is subject to mandatory tender in accordance with the Certificate.

  • Issuance Period shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(2).

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.

  • Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment.

  • Applicable Maturity Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Springing Maturity Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Maturity Date”.

  • Legal Final Maturity Date means the first Settlement Date on or after the date that is two years after the Termination Date.

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.
