Issue Document definition

Issue Document means the document produced in accordance with any issue of Deferred Shares of the Credit Union.

Issue Document means the issue document (documento de emisión) in the form attached hereto as schedule 1 prepared by the Issuer in accordance with article 7 of the Spanish Securities Market Law to record the main features of the Programme and of the Notes to be issued thereunder; and
