Examples of Issue Fee in a sentence
The licence granted under Clause 2.1 shall be effective and commence from the date of University’s receipt of full payment of the Licence Issue Fee under Clause 5.1.1 (“Commencement Date”).
Such License Issue Fee shall be non-refundable and shall not be credited against any other payments that may be due hereunder.
In addition to the Section 4.1 License Issue Fee, Licensee agrees to pay to UFRF a royalty calculated as a percentage of Net Sales in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall automatically terminate and be of no further force and effect, without the requirement of any notice from Licensor to Licensee, if Licensor does not receive the License Issue Fee or certificates representing shares issued to Licensor pursuant to this Agreement, as applicable, within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date.
The License Issue Fee is non-refundable and not an advance against royalties or other payments due under this Agreement.
