Issue Fee definition

Issue Fee shall have the meaning given in Section 4.1(a).
Issue Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Issue Fee means the sum of money payable on the issue or renewal of a Licence pursuant to the WTA and prescribed in the Regulations.

Examples of Issue Fee in a sentence

  • The licence granted under Clause 2.1 shall be effective and commence from the date of University’s receipt of full payment of the Licence Issue Fee under Clause 5.1.1 (“Commencement Date”).

  • Such License Issue Fee shall be non-refundable and shall not be credited against any other payments that may be due hereunder.
