Issuer Available Principal Receipts means, in relation to the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Available Principal Receipts, the Second Issuer Available Principal Receipts, and the Third Issuer Available Principal Receipts respectively, and in relation to any New Issuer, the Current Issuer Available Principal Receipts as defined in the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule relating to that New Issuer;
Issuer Available Principal Receipts means, in relation to the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Available Principal Receipts, the Second Issuer Available Principal

Examples of Issuer Available Principal Receipts in a sentence

  • As described in the section entitled “Credit Structure - Use of Principal Receipts and the subordinated loan to pay Issuer income deficiency”, on each Payment Date, the Issuer Cash Manager may apply Issuer Available Principal Receipts to meet any Revenue Shortfall and will make debit entries in the relevant Principal Deficiency Sub-Ledger(s).

  • On each Payment Date prior to the service of a Note Acceleration Notice, the Issuer Cash Manager will apply Issuer Available Principal Receipts in accordance with the Issuer Pre-Acceleration Principal Priority of Payments as set out in Part B of Schedule 3 (Priorities of Payments) to the Deed of Charge.
