Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2022-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2022-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.
Available Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.7 are required to be applied on the related Payment Date, plus (c) the sum of (i) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Principal Sharing Series (including any amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account that are allocated to Series 2012-1 for application as Shared Principal Collections), (ii) the aggregate amount to be treated as Available Principal Collections pursuant to Sections 4.4(a)(vi), (vii) and (x), and (iii) during an Early Amortization Event, the amount of Available Finance Charge Collections used to pay principal on the Notes pursuant to Section 4.4(a)(xiii) for the related Payment Date.
Available Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.6 are required to be applied on the related Transfer Date, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Principal Sharing Series (including any amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account that are allocated to Series 2024-A for application as Shared Principal Collections), plus (d) the aggregate amount to be treated as Available Principal Collections pursuant to subsections 4.4(a)(vi) and (vii) for the related Distribution Date.
Examples of Available Principal Collections in a sentence
The sum of all such Proposed Principal Shortfall Amounts shall equal the aggregate amount of such Remaining Series Available Principal Collections Shortfalls for such Monthly Period.
The Servicer shall determine the aggregate amount of such Remaining Series Available Principal Collections Shortfalls for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes for such Monthly Period and shall propose, with respect to each Asset Pool One Collateral Certificate, a principal shortfall amount (the “Proposed Principal Shortfall Amount”) for such Monthly Period.
Amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account shall be treated as Shared Excess Available Principal Collections and, to the extent required, allocated to each Series of Asset Pool One Notes in accordance with the applicable Indenture Supplement.
On each Determination Date, the Servicer shall determine with respect to the prior Monthly Period whether there is a Remaining Series Available Principal Collections Shortfall for any Series of Asset Pool One Notes after application of Shared Excess Available Principal Collections for the benefit of such Series of Notes for such Monthly Period.

Available Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 5.6 are required to be applied on the related Distribution Date, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Principal Sharing Series (including any amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account that are allocated to Series 2009-VFN for application as Shared Principal Collections), plus (d) the aggregate amount to be treated as Available Principal Collections pursuant to clauses 5.4(a)(viii) and (ix) for the related Distribution Date.
Available Principal Collections means, with respect to the Series 2019-1 Notes, the Series 2019-1 Available Principal Collections and has, with respect to any other Series of Notes, the meaning specified in the applicable Indenture Supplement for such Series of Notes.
