Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate definition

Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate Weighting Numerator and the denominator of which is the Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate Weighting Denominator, in each case as of such date, provided that the Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate shall not exceed seventy (70) per cent.
Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate Weighting Numerator and the denominator of which is the Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate Weighting Denominator, in each case as of such date, provided that the Issuer Class A Blended Advance Rate shall not exceed seventy five (75) per cent.

  • Class A Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 3.61% per annum with respect to the Class A Notes.

  • Class B Note Rate means 1.93% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
