Issuer Security definition

Issuer Security means in relation to the First Issuer, the First Issuer Security and in relation to any New Issuer, the security created by such Issuer pursuant to the relevant Issuer Deed of Charge in favour of the Note Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer Secured Creditors;
Issuer Security means the security granted pursuant to the Issuer Security Documents.
Issuer Security means all or any of the Security Interests created or expressed to be created from time to time constituted by or pursuant to, or evidenced by, the Issuer Security Documents.

  • Hxxxx agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees and disbursements and all other reasonable and actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Beneficiaries, the FleetCo Security Trustee or the Issuer Security Trustee in the enforcement of this Guarantee.

  • Hertz may not (i) assign, transfer, hypothecate or otherwise convey any of its rights or obligations hereunder or interests herein, or (ii) amend this Guarantee, in each case, without the express prior written consent of the Required Noteholders, the FleetCo Security Trustee and the Issuer Security Trustee.

  • Each of the Issuer Security Trustee and FleetCo Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Guarantee solely for the better enforcement and preservation of its rights, to receive the benefit of the representations, warranties, covenants, indemnities and other obligations and to agree amendments to this Guarantee.
