Examples of Issuer Secured Obligations in a sentence
The Trustee shall, on or after the later of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) the date upon which all Issuer Secured Obligations have been satisfied, release any remaining portion of the Trust Estate from the lien created by this Indenture and deposit in the Collection Account any funds then on deposit in any other Trust Account.
The Trustee shall, at such time as there are no Notes outstanding, all Issuer Secured Obligations have been paid in full and all sums due the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.7 have been paid, release any remaining portion of the Trust Estate that secured the Notes from the lien of this Indenture and release to the Issuer or any other Person entitled thereto any funds then on deposit in the Trust Accounts.
The Issuer Deed of Charge The Issuer and, inter alios, the Issuer Security Trustee will enter into a deed of charge (the "Issuer Deed of Charge") on the Closing Date as security for the obligations of the Issuer to the Issuer Secured Creditors under the Issuer Transaction Documents to which it is a party (the "Issuer Secured Obligations").
The foregoing Grant is made in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Noteholders, as their interests may appear, to secure the payment and performance of the Issuer Secured Obligations and to secure compliance with this Indenture.
The Issuer Secured Obligations will be secured, inter alia, by the assets and undertaking of the Issuer.
