Issuing Company means a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) and eligible to issue Foreign Currency Exchangeable Bond under these regulations;

More Definitions of Issuing Company

Issuing Company means the specific company issuing a Contract. If Producer is appointed with more than one Company it is agreed that this Agreement is to be construed as a separate and distinct agreement between Producer and each of the Companies with which Producer is appointed. Except with respect to recovery of any Debit Balance in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Producer and one Company are distinct from the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Producer and any one of the other Companies.
