Issuing Agent definition

Issuing Agent means Pareto Securities AB, or another party replacing it, as Issuing Agent, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

• As long as any Security is outstanding, there will at all times be an Issuing Agent duly authorised as such under the CA Rules with regard to the Securities.
