IT Services definition

IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;
IT Services means those services that Licensee provides to Customers utilizing the Software for the purpose of managing software vulnerabilities within Customer’s internal organization.

Examples of IT Services in a sentence

  • If IT Goods or IT Services do not comply with the IT Warranty, or if any defect or non-conformance develops during the IT Warranty Period, Contractor, at Purchaser’s election, promptly will: (a) remedy the defect by removing, repairing, correcting or replacing, and/or reinstalling any defective IT Goods; (b) re-perform or correct the non-conforming IT Services at no additional cost to Purchaser; or (c) refund the amounts paid for IT Services and IT Goods.

  • Prior to making any change to the resource environment, Vendor shall provide to the CIO, for the CIO’s approval, a proposal County of Orange Master Services Agreement for IT Services – Revision 5 Science Application International Corporation Amendment No. 23 to MA-017-13011864 14 for the use of such shared resources, including benefits, savings, or risks to the County during the Term and upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • The Disaster Recovery County of Orange Master Services Agreement for IT Services – Revision 5 Science Application International Corporation Amendment No. 23 to MA-017-13011864 18 Plan shall address and protect the County’s critical IT environment.

  • The County will be responsible for all landline telephones, local County of Orange Master Services Agreement for IT Services – Revision 5 Science Application International Corporation Amendment No. 23 to MA-017-13011864 26 and long distance charges (within the continental United States), duplication, County network connections and such fobs, tokens or other authentication device(s) as are necessary for Vendor personnel to perform the Services.


More Definitions of IT Services

IT Services has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
IT Services has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a).
IT Services means computer-related services and telecommunications-related services, including each arrangement for the provision of data processing; and
IT Services category includes business IT services (consulting, implementation, IT outsourcing and “business process outsourcing”) and IT product support (software support and hardware support); and
IT Services means the following individual I.T. Services provided by County’s Department of Information Technology, if applicable:
IT Services means information technology services, and shall include the managing, operating and maintaining of: all physical technological devices (including processor, input and output devices, storage devices, networks, communications devices and media); all logical technological components (including operating systems, control programs, schedules, measurement systems, report generators and interface software); all application specific logic components; and all data assets pertaining to products used by the Analytical Instruments Business or otherwise required to provide Services. It also shall include consulting services and coordination with outside providers consistent with services currently provided, and assistance in the implementation and maintenance of the SAP program.
IT Services means the McGill units that deliver information technology services on campus and report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
