Japan Route Foreign Slot definition

Japan Route Foreign Slot means, at any time, any Foreign Slot of the Pledgor, now held or hereafter acquired, at an airport outside the United States that serves as an origin or destination point for nonstop flights that the Pledgor operates from time to time utilizing the Japan Routes (other than (i) at airports in China, including Hong Kong, or (ii) at London Heathrow Airport to the extent otherwise pledged by the Pledgor to other Persons) to the extent such Foreign Slot is actually used in conjunction with the operation of such nonstop service.
