Japanese Revolving Loan definition

Japanese Revolving Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01(c).
Japanese Revolving Loan means a Loan made by a Lender pursuant to its Japanese Revolving Commitment to Parent Borrower or Japanese Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to the terms hereof, including Section 2.2(a)(iii).

  • Administrative Agent may from time to time sell or transfer to other Persons assignments or participations or other interests in Administrative Agent's UK Revolving Loans and UK Revolving Loan Commitments, French Revolving Loans and French Revolving Loan Commitments or Japanese Revolving Loans and Japanese Revolving Loan Commitments, as the case may be, but not in the portion thereof allocated to the Indemnity Participation hereunder.

  • Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of any requested change in the allocation of the Revolving Loan Commitments and the amount of such Lender's Pro Rata Share of the new Domestic Revolving Loan Commitments, the UK Revolving Loan Commitments, the French Revolving Loan Commitments and the Japanese Revolving Loan Commitments, as the case may be.

  • The Company shall request a Japanese Revolving Loan borrowing by delivering a written Notice of Borrowing (or telephone notice promptly confirmed in writing) to the Administrative Agent (A) not later than 11:00 A.M.

  • Upon the funding of its Japanese Commitment Percentage of such Foreign Currency Loan, a Foreign Currency Participant shall have a Japanese Revolving Loan denominated in Dollars equal to the Dollar amount funded.

  • Japanese Funding Lender may from time to time sell or transfer to other Persons assignments or participations or other interests in Japanese Funding Lender's Japanese Loans and Japanese Revolving Loan Commitments but not in the portion thereof allocated to the Indemnity Participation hereunder.

  • Each Japanese Revolving Loan shall be in a minimum aggregate principal Dollar Amount of (A) in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, $5,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (or the remaining Aggregate Japanese Revolving Committed Amount, if less) and (B) in the case of Alternate Base Rate Loans, $1,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (or the remaining Aggregate Japanese Revolving Committed Amount, if less).

  • A Funding Lender may from time to time sell or transfer to other Persons assignments or participations or other interests in such Funding Lender's Japanese Loans and Japanese Revolving Loan Commitments or UK Loans and US/UK Revolving Loan Commitments, as the case may be, but not in the portion thereof allocated to the Indemnity Participation hereunder.

  • The initial amounts allocated to the US/UK Revolving Loan Commitment and to the Japanese Revolving Loan Commitment are set forth in Schedule 2.1 ------------ annexed hereto.
