Bid Rate Quote means an offer in accordance with Section 2.2.(c) by a Lender to make a Bid Rate Loan with one single specified interest rate.
Request for Quote or “RFQ” means an electronic message disseminated on the SEF Platform for the purposes of soliciting bids or offers for a specific Swap.
Competitive Bid Quote means a response submitted by a Lender to the Administrative Agent or the Borrower, as the case may be with respect to an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes in the form attached as Exhibit C-3.
Error Quote (Spike) means an Error Quote with the following characteristics:
Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means the notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto to the Lenders in connection with the solicitation by the Borrower of Competitive Bid Quotes.
Request for Quote (RFQ means the solicitation document issued by OA/FMDC to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Resting Quote means any firm or indicative bid or offer displayed on an Order Book.
Quote means a competitively solicited written offer to furnish Supplies or Services by a method of procurement that is less formalized than a Bid or a Proposal. This term may be further defined in the Purchasing Policy Manual.
Competitive Bid Quote Request means the notice, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto, to be delivered by the Company in accordance with Section 2.03 in requesting Competitive Bid Quotes.
Full Quotation means, in accordance with the Quotation Method, each firm quotation obtained from a Dealer at the Valuation Time, to the extent reasonably practicable, for an amount of the Reference Obligation with an outstanding principal balance equal to the Quotation Amount;

Request for Quotations means a Written or oral request for prices, rates or other conditions under which a potential Contractor would provide Goods or perform Services, Personal Services or Public Improvements described in the request.
low protein modified food product means a food product that is specially formulated to have less than one gram of protein per serving and is intended to be used under the direction of a Practitioner for the dietary treatment of an inherited metabolic disease, but does not include a natural food that is naturally low in protein; and
Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;
LIBOR Quoted Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the quotient of (i) the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a one-month interest period which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day) divided by (ii) one (1) minus the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.
Invitation for Money Market Quotes means an Invitation for Money Market Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto.
New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request.
Indicative Quote means a Quote at which the Company has the right not to accept any Instructions or execute any Orders.
Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;
Invitation for Bid (IFB means the solicitation document issued to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Status Quo means the arrangements in place prior to the Dispute arising. This includes the performance, operation and management of all work and rates of pay and allowances. Total Cost of Work means the total value of the project declared to QLeave or NT Build.
New job means a job in a new or expanding industry but does not include jobs of recalled workers, or replacement jobs or other jobs that formerly existed in the industry in the state of Iowa. A new job shall be as defined in the Act subject to the clarifications of new and expanding industry described in subrules 5.3(11), 5.3(14), and 5.3(15) above, except that an industry in violation of state or federal labor laws or involved in a lockout or strike in Iowa shall not be eligible for a training program under the Act.
