Examples of Joint and Last Survivor Expectancy in a sentence
The minimum payment will be based on a period equal to the Joint and Last Survivor Expectancy of the Participant and the Participant's spouse, if any, as provided in (d) below where the Joint and Last Survivor Expectancy is recalculated.
Joint and Last Survivor Expectancy means joint and last survivor expectancy computed by use of the expected return multiples in Table VI of section 1.72-9 of the Income Tax Regulations.
For distributions beginning after the Participant's death, the first Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year in which distributions are required to begin pursuant to Section 11.5. Life Expectancy and Joint and Last Survivor Expectancy are computed by use of the expected return multiples in Tables V and VI of Section 1.72-9 of the Income Tax Regulations.
