Assessment Ordinance means an ordinance adopted by a local entity under
Ordinance means the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
Zoning Ordinance means the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, found in Article 19 of the Code of the City of West Hollywood as it exists on the Approval Date.
Insurance Ordinance means the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
Tax Ordinance means the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance [New Version], 1961, as amended.
the Ordinance means the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and includes every other Ordinance incorporated therewith or substituted therefor; and in the case of any such substitution the references in these Articles to the provisions of the Ordinance shall be read as references to the provisions substituted therefor in the new Ordinance;
Bond Ordinance means this ordinance authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.
Rail Safety Act means the Rail Safety Act 1998 (WA);
Purchasing Ordinance means Tulsa Revised Ordinances, Title 6, Chapter 4 et seq.
the Companies Ordinance or “the Ordinance” shall mean the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the laws of Hong Kong) and any amendments thereto or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force and includes every other ordinance incorporated therewith or substituted therefor and in the case of any such substitution the references in these Articles to the provisions of the Ordinance shall be read as references to the provisions substituted therefor in the new Ordinance;
Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act means the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013);
Companies Ordinance means the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong);
the Council Regulation means Council Regulation (E.C.) No. 2201/2003 of 27th November 2003 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and matters of parental responsibility;
Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);
Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;
QFC Stay Rules means the regulations codified at 12 C.F.R. 252.2, 252.81–8, 12 C.F.R. 382.1-7 and 12 C.F.R. 47.1-8, which, subject to limited exceptions, require an express recognition of the stay-and-transfer powers of the FDIC under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the Orderly Liquidation Authority under Title II of the Xxxx Xxxxx Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the override of default rights related directly or indirectly to the entry of an affiliate into certain insolvency proceedings and any restrictions on the transfer of any covered affiliate credit enhancements.
Union harmonisation legislation means any Union legislation harmonising the conditions for the marketing of products;
Proclamation means the publication that is:
Land Use Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations and official policies of the City governing the development and use of land, including, without limitation, the permitted use of land, the density or intensity of use, subdivision requirements, timing and phasing of development, the maximum height and size of buildings, the provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, and the design, improvement and construction and initial occupancy standards and specifications applicable to the Project. “Land Use Regulations” do not include any City ordinance, resolution, code, rule, regulation or official policy governing:
the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.
EU Regulation means a regulation within the meaning of Article 288 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;
Council Directive means Council Directive 89/552/EEC of 3 October 1989 on the co-ordination of certain provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in Member States concerning the pursuit of television broadcasting activities as amended by Directive 97/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 June 1997 and by Directive 2007/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2007. A simplified and codified version of these Directives was introduced in 2010: the Audiovisual Media Services Directive 2010/13/EU.
Atomic Energy Act means the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
Combatant Commander means the commander of a unified or specified combatant command established in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 161.
