For the avoidance of doubt, no Note resizing pursuant to this Section may result in any increase in the aggregate principal amount of the Senior Notes or of the Junior A Notes.
Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Subordinate Notes means the B Notes and the C Notes, individually or collectively, as the context may require.
B Notes means each of Note B-1, Note B-2, Note B-3 and Note B-4.
Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.
