juristic entity definition

juristic entity means a commercial juristic entity established to conduct a legal practice as an attorney, as contemplated in section 34(7) of the Act and a limited liability legal practice as contemplated in section 34(9) of the Act;

  • Public entity means this State, a political subdivision of this STATE or an agency, board, commission or department of this state or a political subdivision of this state.
