See Iowa Code 232.2 - Juvenile shelter care home: This is a place that provides temporary care for children who need a safe place to stay.
Shelter care means the temporary care of children in physically unrestricting facilities.
Animal shelter means a facility operated by a humane society or any society organized under Chapter 1717. of the Revised Code or a dog pound operated pursuant to Chapter 955. of the Revised Code.
Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.
Health care facility or "facility" means hospices licensed
Health care entity means any health care provider, health plan or health care clearinghouse.
