Key Holder Party definition

Key Holder Party means the Key Holder and its Subsidiaries (including any variable interest entities Controlled by such Subsidiaries and the Leasing WFOE).
Key Holder Party means the Key Holder and its Subsidiaries (including any variable interest entities Controlled by the Key Holder or such Subsidiaries). For purpose of the definition of “Key Holder Party,” the Subsidiaries of the Key Holder shall exclude the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • No Key Holder Party or, to the best knowledge of the Key Holder Parties, any of its employees, officers or directors has taken any actions or failed to take any actions that would cause any Transferred IP to be invalid, unenforceable or not subsisting.

  • Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).
