Key Technical Personnel definition

Key Technical Personnel means Contractor's personnel, including a Team Leader and other supervisory personnel listed in paragraph 3.07 of the Contract, assigned by the Contractor for the execution of the Work including, but not limited to, the supervision of the construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning and initial operation of the Plant at the Plant Site pursuant to the Contract.
Key Technical Personnel means the Contractor’s personnel assigned by the Contractor for the execution of the Work including but not limited to the supervision of the Work at the Work Site(s) pursuant to the Contract.

Examples of Key Technical Personnel in a sentence

  • It shall also cover the costs in connection with the travels of the Contractor's Key Technical Personnel from their country of residence and/or place of work to the Work Site(s) and return, and their subsistence in the Project Area.

  • During their stay at the Plant Site, the Contractor's Key Technical Personnel shall provide a minimum of <insert> days of formal and practical Training of the Project Counterpart's personnel (technicians and operators) on the service, maintenance, repair and operation of the production line.

Related to Key Technical Personnel

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Pharmacy technician or “technician” means a person who is employed in Iowa by a licensed pharmacy under the responsibility of an Iowa-licensed pharmacist to assist in the technical functions of the practice of pharmacy, and who is registered pursuant to 657—Chapter 3, and includes a certified pharmacy technician, a pharmacy technician trainee, and an uncertified pharmacy technician.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) means an individual who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and who operates the EBT.
