King County Median Income definition

King County Median Income means the median family income for the Seattle-Bellevue, WA HUD Metro FMR Area as most recently determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) under Section 8(f)(3) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended. In the event that HUD no longer publishes median family income figures for King County, the Director may estimate the King County Median Income in such manner as the Director shall determine.
King County Median Income means the median income for the Seattle-Bellevue, WA HUD Metro FMR Area as most recently determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (the “Secretary”) under Section 8(f)(3) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, or if programs under Section 8(f)(3) are terminated, median income determined under the method used by the Secretary immediately prior to termination.
King County Median Income means the median income for the Seattle-Bellevue, WA, HUD Metro FMR Area as most recently determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (the “Secretary”) under Section 8(f)(3) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended.   • Area Median Income means the most recent applicable county median family income published by the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.
