Household Size. The minimum household size for any unit shall be one person per bedroom. The maximum household size for any unit shall not exceed the applicable limits of state and local laws and regulations and any limits of federal programs applicable to the Project.
Household Size. Tenant understands that the Landlord will assign the units according to the size of the household in accordance with New York Division of Housing and Community Renewal requirements of no more than two persons per bedroom and no more than two persons for a zero bedroom unit. The Landlord must offer the tenant from among available units in the development a lease for a unit of appropriate size if a tenant’s household size increases or decreases so that it is not within these guidelines. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, tenant’s refusal to move into a unit of appropriate size when requested to do so would constitute good cause for termination of the lease and tenant agrees to vacate the unit if requested to do so by Landlord.
Household Size. A key component of the income qualifying process as shown on the income limits chart (attached), household size will be used to determine how many individuals will be residing in the unit, and how large of a unit the household requires.
Household Size. Single-member households had the least concern on traveling with strangers (F3) and the least interest in technology (F1) or utility of private vehicles (F10). Households with two members showed the least inclination toward choice reasoning (F2) or green travel (F11) as they highly enjoyed the utility of private vehicles (F10) with the least concern on ownership cost (F12). Those having a middle-sized family (4 members) were more likely to be interested in technology (F1) and choice reasoning (F2). Very large households (six members or above) expressed high concerns about traveling with strangers (F3) while preferring green travel or cheapest modes (F11, F13) mostly because of ownership cost (F12) or lack of interest in driving (F4).
Household Size. 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxx consists of six (6) 2-bedroom units and is intended to serve individuals and families. A family or household consists of:
(a) two or more persons who live or will live regularly in a unit as their primary residence:
1. whose income and resources are available to meet the household’s needs; and
2. who are either related by blood, marriage, or operation of law, or who have otherwise evidenced a stable inter-dependent relationship.

Borrower covenants and agrees that during the term of the County Affordability Compliance Period, all Tenants shall have a household size appropriate to the size of the Income-Restricted Unit being leased in Xxxxxx Apartments. In determining the number of persons to be placed in an Income-Restricted Unit, the Borrower shall conform to the guidelines of Section 3-23 of the 4350.3 HUD Occupancy Handbook, as amended from time to time, or other prevailing HUD guidance.
Household Size. Consent for a tenant to take in a lodger will not be given where it would result in the property being overcrowded. The size definition defined in the Association’s Allocation Policy will apply when assessing the issue of overcrowding and under 0ccupancy.
Household Size. In the interests of creating a safe and sustainable community and to minimise future management issues it is proposed that initial lettings will be as follows:
18 x 1 bed properties max occupancy 2 persons, no children under 16 years. 10 x 2 bed properties max occupancy 2 persons, no children under 16 years. For the initial adverts, the two bed properties will be opened up to under occupation for bidders with and East Devon or Exeter connection subject to a personal affordability check. These will be short-listed by band and band date.
