Kişisel Veriler kimliği belirlenmiş veya belirlenebilir bir gerçek kişiye ilişkin herhangi bir bilgi anlamına gelir. Kimliği belirlenebilir gerçek kişi bilhassa isim, kimlik numarası, konum verileri, çevrimiçi kimlik tanımlayıcı gibi bir kimlik tanımlayıcı yardımıyla veya söz konusu gerçek kişinin fiziksel, psikolojik, genetik, zihinsel, ekonomik, kültürel veya sosyal kimliğine özgü bir veya xxxxxx fazla faktör yardımıyla doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak kimliği belirlenebilen kişidir.
