KKR Member means a Class E Member, a Class F Member, a Class G Member, a Class H Member or any other Person admitted as an additional member of the Company holding KKR Shares or a substitute member of the Company holding KKR Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case in its capacity as a member of the Company holding KKR Shares and for so long as such Person continues to hold KKR Shares.
KKR Member has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
KKR Member means, collectively, KKR Cage Aggregator LLC, and any Permitted Transferee thereof that is a Related Person of the KKR Member. Whenever any consent, approval, waiver or notice is to be given under this Agreement by the KKR Member, such consent, approval, waiver or notice shall be given by KKR North America XI AIV GP LLC or any other KKR Member designated from time to time by KKR North America XI AIV GP LLC.

A KKR Member that shall have all of such KKR Member’s KKR Shares redeemed by the Company shall cease to be a KKR Member and shall no longer have any of the rights or privileges of a KKR Member.
Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement but subject to the Act and any applicable limitations set forth in the Share Repurchase Plan or the Repurchase Arrangement, the Company is hereby authorized to redeem all or any portion of the KKR Shares upon such terms and conditions as the Company and the applicable KKR Member may agree from time to time without the consent of any other Person.

KKR Member means KKR Cage Aggregator, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and any Permitted Transferee that is a KKR Related Entity.
KKR Member means KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC and each of its Permitted Transferees that holds Units; provided, that at any time there is more than one KKR Member, any action that may be taken or consent or approval that may be given by the KKR Member under this Agreement shall be determined solely by KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC except to the extent such rights shall have been assigned to any Permitted Transferee by KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC.
KKR Member means Isla Aggregator and any other Person that is part of the KKR Group that becomes a Member in accordance with this Agreement; provided, that whenever a consent or approval is required by the KKR Member hereunder, such consent or approval shall be deemed given if such consent or approval is given by any Member that is a member of the KKR Group.
