Floor coating means an opaque coating that is labeled and designed for application to flooring, including but not limited to, decks, porches, steps, and other horizontal surfaces which may be subject to foot traffic.

Specialty coating means a coating that, even though the coating meets the definition of a primer, topcoat, or self-priming topcoat, has additional performance criteria beyond those of primers, topcoats, and self-priming topcoats for specific applications. These performance criteria may include, but are not limited to, temperature or fire resistance, substrate compatibility, antireflection, temporary protection or marking, sealing, adhesively joining substrates, or enhanced corrosion protection. A listing of specialty coatings is found in paragraph (D)(1)(b) of rule 3745-21-19 of the Administrative Code.
Hookah means a water pipe and any associated products and devices which are used to produce fumes, smoke, and/or vapor from the burning of material including, but not limited to, tobacco, shisha, or other plant matter.
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
Conifer means a tree that is a Douglas-fir, true fir, pine, western hemlock, spruce, or cedar.

Roll coating means the application of a coating material to a substrate by means of hard rubber or steel rolls.
Diocese means the Church of England diocese in which the Academies are situated;
Physiotherapist means a health care professional who is registered in the part of the register maintained by the Health Professions Council under article 5 of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001 (establishment and maintenance of register) relating to physiotherapists and:
handyman means an employee who makes minor repairs or effects renovations to buildings, fixtures and fittings and who covers ironing and pressing machines or tables with any type of material;
Machinist means an employee who performs by sewing machine any operation in the making of clothing;
Pretreatment coating means a coating which contains no more than 12% solids by weight, and at least 0.5% acid by weight, is used to provide surface etching, and is applied directly to metal surfaces to provide corrosion resistance, adhesion, and ease of stripping.
Powertrain means the total combination in a vehicle of propulsion energy storage system(s), propulsion energy converter(s) and the drivetrain(s) providing the mechanical energy at the wheels for the purpose of vehicle propulsion, plus peripheral devices.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Toddler means a child at least one year of age but less than 2 years of age.
Camp or “camping” means to pitch, erect, create, use, or occupy camp facilities for the purposes of habitation, as evidenced by the use of camp paraphernalia.
dBA means sound pressure level measured on the "A" weight scale in decibels.
Prime coat means the first of two or more films of coating applied to a metal surface.
Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.
Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Laser means any device excepting a Class 1 device which can be made to produce or amplify electromagnetic radiation in the wave length range from 100 nanometres to 1 millimetre primarily by the process of controlled stimulated emission.
