KPI Metric Auditor definition

KPI Metric Auditor means KPMG LLP or other independent public accountants of recognized national standing, in each case acting in its capacity as an independent auditor of the Borrower, designated from time to time by the Borrower, provided that such replacement KPI Metric Auditor shall be reasonably acceptable to the Sustainability Structuring Agent and shall apply substantially the same auditing standards and methodology used in the 2018 Baseline Sustainability Report.
KPI Metric Auditor means Deloitte & Touche LLP, or any replacement auditor thereof as designated from time to time by Borrower; provided, that, any such replacement KPI Metric Auditor (a) shall be (i) a nationally recognized auditing firm or (ii) another auditing firm designated by Borrower and identified to the Banks, so long as Banks constituting the Required Banks do not object to such designation pursuant to this clause (a)(ii) within 5 Banking Days after notice thereof, and (b) shall apply auditing standards and methodology that (i) are consistent with then generally accepted industry standards or (ii) if not so consistent, are proposed by Borrower and notified to the Banks, so long as Banks constituting Required Banks do not object to such changes within 5 Banking Days after notice thereof.
KPI Metric Auditor means DNV Group; provided, however, that the Operating Partnership may from time to time designate any independent global or country-specific provider of environmental, social, and governance reporting assurance services reasonably acceptable to the Sustainability Structuring Agent as a replacement KPI Metric Auditor; provided further that the KPI Metric Auditor shall apply substantially the same auditing standards and methodology as described in the “Independent Assurance Statement” dated June 21, 2024 provided by DNV Group and published in the Operating Partnership’s 2023 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, the International Standard on Assurance Engagements 3000 or such other standards and methodology that (i) are consistent with then generally accepted industry standards or (ii) if not so consistent, are proposed by the Operating Partnership and reasonably acceptable to the Sustainability Structuring Agent.
