Land Acquisition Fee definition

Land Acquisition Fee means the fee payable to the General Partner in an amount equal to $2,000 for the General Partner's services in locating, negotiating and closing on the purchase of the real property upon which the Improvements are, or will be, erected or rehabilitated.
Land Acquisition Fee means the fee payable to the General Partner in an amount equal to $870 for the General Partner's services in locating, negotiating and closing on the purchase of the real property upon which the Improvements are, or will be, erected.

For purposes of determining the Cost of Acquisition for any transaction, the Equity Interests of the Borrower shall be valued in accordance with GAAP.

  • Closing Date Acquisition shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
