Land Based Stores definition

Land Based Stores means the Retailer's stores located in shopping districts, strip shopping centers and shopping malls.
Land Based Stores means all sites and all channels other than the ----------------- Web Site, whether a walk-in store or otherwise, from or through which Retailer conducts business.

Examples of Land Based Stores in a sentence

  • GSI, on behalf of the Retailer shall offer for sale on the Retailer's Web Site all Categories of merchandise offered for sale by the Retailer in its Land Based Stores.

  • The parties acknowledge that the Customer Data referred to herein refers only to Customer Data gathered from On Line Customers and shall not be applicable to customer data gathered by the Retailer from its customers at its Land Based Stores.
